Warranty Returns
You need to spend your time and energy enjoying your sport, not concerned about the products you use. That is why our warranties are so simple, should any defect in material or workmanship be found within the specified time periods we will replace it. Complete the form below and follow steps 1-4 in their entirety to receive a replacement.
- Our warranty program only allows for replacement items to be issued that are the exact same item being warrantied. We cannot exchange an item for a different size, color, type etc. under warranty.
- We do ship replacement items for warranty exchanges internationally. However, any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer.
- We will not honor a warranty on Dowco Powersports products that were purchased used, second hand or through an unauthorized reseller such as eBay.
- Dowco Powersports will replace your item at our discretion.
INSTRUCTIONS

RETURN AUTHORIZATION & SHIPPING FEE (please allow up to two weeks for your replacement product to ship)
Fill out this form, click submit, and successfully purchase your $10 warranty return shipping fee on the following page. This fee is simply to cover the cost of shipping the new replacement item. The $10 is for shipping in the lower 48 United States only. Dowco Powersports may contact you for additional shipping charges for shipments outside of the lower 48 United States. Please reference your Order Number on the outside of your return package. Your order number and the next steps of our warranty process will also be sent to your email.

PACK IT UP
For warranty returns of covers, please send all of the materials below
- The original sewn-in tag (no photocopies) which can be found on the bottom front of the cover. Note — if you do not have the original tag, you must send us the entire cover
- A piece of the defective portion of the cover – roughly 12″ in size. We recommend using duct tape as a temporary fix until your replacement cover is received.
- The original sales receipt
For all other warranty returns, please ship back the entire product plus the original sales receipt.
The customer is responsible for costs associated with shipping any of the above items to our facility.
Once a customer has received (2) warranty replacement covers, Dowco Powersports requires the entire cover requested for warranty be returned for review prior to shipping the replacement cover.

SEND IT OFF
Mail your package back to us within 30 days with your Order Number visible on the outside of package. Your Order Number will be on the Thank You page after you pay the $10 when filling out the form. Customers outside of the lower 48 United States may be contacted for additional shipping charges. If you decide not to pay the additional shipping charges, we will refund your $10.
You will receive an Order Confirmation email with the Order Number after you fill out the form.

Any packages returned without an Order Number or after the 30 day allowance period will be discarded.
Dowco Powersports is not responsible for packages lost during return shipment. We strongly recommend shipping your product back using a tracking number. Please retain your return tracking information.

LEAVE THE REST TO US
Upon receipt of your return, Dowco Powersports will process your warranty and supply you with a replacement product if warranted. Please allow up to two weeks for your replacement product to ship.
