Shipping Policies

Shipments to the Contiguous 48 US States + Canada

We understand that when you make an order, you want your gear as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! The following guidelines apply to most orders in which we have stock on hand.

  • Orders received Monday through Thursday before 10:00 am CST will ship same day.
  • Orders received Monday through Wednesday after 10:00 am CST will ship next day.
  • Orders received Thursday through Friday will ship the following Monday.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
  • We do not ship to P.O boxes

A shipping confirmation email (with tracking number) will typically be sent within 24 hours of an item shipping. It could go to your spam or junk folder so keep an eye out for it.

Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after the order is shipped, such as intercepts or address change may be subject to a $10 service fee per shipment (this is simply passing along the fee billed to us by the carrier to make the change when in-transit).

APO

We are only able to ship to an APO address within the US. Orders shipping to an APO address qualify for our Free Shipping promotion and will be fulfilled from our Manitowoc, WI manufacturing facility. APO orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Military Mail, please allow an additional 1-5 business days to process your order.

International Orders

At this time, we do not process international orders. We recommend ordering our products from a dealer or distributor in your region.

Damaged Goods

If an item arrives visibly damaged any claims are handled through the shipping carrier. Dowco will assist the customer with these claims to the best of its ability.

Returns

Customer is responsible for all back and forth shipping and brokerage charges for returns.

Warranty

  • For warranty claims please visit our Warranty Returns page. While Dowco Powersports will assist international customers with warranty claims, items may need to be shipped to the U.S. for inspection or repair. The customer will be responsible for these additional back and forth shipping charges. Any import duties, taxes or brokerage fees are the sole responsibility of the receiving customer. Packing slips for International Shipments cannot be marked as a “gift” or with altered prices.
